Quality Assurance Engineer | Manual · Automation · AI Testing

I help product teams ship stable releases. I own quality end to end, from reading the requirement to signing off the release, and I use automation and AI tools to make testing faster and more reliable.

About

An independent QA owner

I'm a Quality Assurance Engineer with 6+ years of experience across HR-Tech, CRM SaaS, Healthcare and EdTech products. At Joveo I work as the independent QA owner for the TAO products (CMS and CRM), so the quality of what we ship is my responsibility.

I read requirements early and raise risks before they turn into bugs. When something breaks, I stay with it until it is fixed. I work closely with Product, Development and Implementation teams, and I use AI tools every day to plan, write and review my testing work.

What I bring

Problems I help teams solve

FAILReleases feel risky

End-to-end ownership

I review PRDs and BRDs, write the test plan and strategy, and make sure releases reach production with minimal defects.

FAILRegression takes too long

Automated regression in CI/CD

I build and maintain Selenium (Java) regression suites and run them through Jenkins and GitHub Actions on every build cycle.

FAILIntegrations break without warning

API testing across integrations

I test REST APIs across 8+ ATS integrations, including Workday, Greenhouse, Salesforce and SmartRecruiters, before clients go live.

FAILAI features ship without proper testing

Structured AI / GenAI testing

I test Agentic AI features, AI-generated content and prompt-driven workflows, and evaluate LLM output for relevance, hallucination and latency.

    • Integrated the automated tests with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for nightly builds and scheduled regression runs.
    • Test REST APIs in Postman across 8+ ATS integrations (Workday, Greenhouse, Salesforce, SmartRecruiters), checking payload data, authentication headers and response times.
    • Test Agentic AI features, AI-generated content and prompt-driven workflows, and use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Cursor daily for test cases, test plans, code review and documentation.
    • Designed a centralized QA Hub for PR validation testing, code quality checks, AI-based test prompt generation and defect tracking.

A closer look at what I've owned

All from my current role at Joveo.

End-to-end hiring flow testing

Problem
Bugs hide between CMS and CRM modules.
What I did
Tested job post → apply → interview → ATS sync as one flow.
Outcome
Gaps caught before release, not by clients.

QA Hub

Problem
Manual PR checks spread across tools.
What I did
Built one hub for PR tests, code checks, AI prompts and defects.
Outcome
Less manual effort, faster releases.

AI feature QA

Problem
New Agentic AI features had no test approach.
What I did
Structured AI testing, plus Claude Code, Copilot and Cursor daily.
Outcome
AI features tested like the rest; faster QA.

Go-live support

Problem
Go-live issues need fast answers.
What I did
First contact: triage, root cause, follow through to fix.
Outcome
Launches stay on schedule.
Skills

Tools and practices I use

Dashed chips are areas where I have working knowledge of the basics.

How I work

Four habits behind every release

Own the outcome

I'm responsible for what ships, not just for the tests I ran.

Find risks early

I read requirements before development starts and raise questions while fixes are still cheap.

Automate what repeats

If I run a check every release, it belongs in the regression suite.

Stay until it's fixed

I follow an issue through triage, root cause and fix, and check it doesn't come back.

My first 90 days
  1. Month 1

    Understand

Learn the product and how releases work. Find which areas have no tests and which tests fail often.

  2. Month 2

    Fix and automate

Fix the unstable tests, automate the tests the team repeats most, and share a simple quality report.

  3. Month 3

    Improve

Start one bigger improvement, for example more API tests or a checklist for testing AI features.

I will adjust this plan to your team's needs in the first week.
